Deposit & Payment: A deposit — as specified at the time of booking — is required to secure your reservation. Final payment must be made by the date indicated at booking. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, bank transfers, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and others available on our platform.
Non-Refundable: Deposits and full payments are generally non-refundable, except as specified below or required by law.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is reversed, Falcon reserves the right to cancel services and pursue collection of any outstanding amounts.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
Client Cancellations: All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing (e.g., email) to the contact provided at booking. Falcon will respond with confirmation of any accepted cancellation or change.

Clients agree to:

Arrive on time for scheduled pickups.
Follow all instructions given by Falcon staff during service.
Not engage in behavior that endangers themselves, the driver, vehicles, or third parties.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges or service refusal.
6. Code of Conduct and Safety
To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers:
No smoking inside vehicles. A fee may be charged for violations and service may be terminated without refund.
Alcohol and drugs: Use of illegal drugs is prohibited. Alcohol may be served in certain vehicles but is never permitted in the presence of minors.
Damages: Clients are responsible for any damage to vehicles or equipment caused by them or their guests.
7. Limitation of Liability
